You Are Already Doing The Job. You Are Just Not Getting Paid For It.

Everything you need to pivot into project management, told by someone who did it while working full time and without a PMP.

I got passed over. Then I asked to shadow the team instead.

I was an Admin Manager when the project role I wanted went to someone else. Instead of leaving, I asked if I could shadow the project team on my slow days. No extra pay. No title change. Just proximity and proof.

That is the entire origin story. Not a bootcamp, not a certification, not a lucky connection. I learned the work by standing next to it, documented everything I touched, and rewrote my resume around what I could actually show.

Today I am an Implementation Manager in medical devices. I built this section of the site because nobody handed me a map, and I got tired of watching capable women assume they were unqualified for work they were already doing.

Three ways to skip the long way around.

You can figure this out on your own. Everything on this page is free and it works. But if you would rather not spend two years learning it the slow way, here are three ways to get there faster.
